Steeped in history, Raffles London at The OWO occupies one of Britain’s most iconic landmarks — the former Old War Office on Whitehall. Originally completed in 1906, the grand Edwardian building once housed legendary figures such as Winston Churchill and Ian Fleming, inspiring some of the nation’s most significant moments. Following an extensive transformation, it has been reimagined as a luxurious destination where heritage meets modern sophistication — marking the debut of the Raffles brand in London.
